Classes meet once a week. Each class is limited to ten students.
Storybook Art – 1 hour
Homeschool, Famous Artist Series, and Mixed Media classes -1.5 hours
Storybook Art and On My Own classes are based on children’s literature, techniques, vocabulary building, sharing and learning to follow directions. Art enhances a children’s development, fosters an early appreciation of the arts and provides opportunities for bonding between the child and caregiver/teacher, as well as interaction with other parents, caregivers, teachers, and children.
Homeschool, Famous Artist Series, and Mixed Media classes-Students will learn new vocabulary, techniques, material usage and learn to work as a team. In our Famous Artists and Art History classes, students will learn about printmaking, charcoals, ink pens, pastels, watercolor pencils, acrylics, professional markers, and pencils.
